Cheng Family Abode by the Gongsitian River

You can take bus R23 from MRT Hongshulin Station, or bus R38 from MRT Tamsui station, to Taipei University of Maritime Technology, then walk along Binhai Road Section 3, Lane 148 to Cheng Family Abode.
